OpenAI just launched a full business platform inside ChatGPT, and I moved my own company onto it to test every new feature. I break down what they shipped for businesses (Dots, Space and Pages, ChatGPT in Slack and the new admin console), what it costs, where it still falls short, and the bigger change underneath it: AI is going from single-player to multiplayer, and businesses are about to lose the freedom to switch between AI tools whenever they like.
