In this AI Makeover, I head to Marbella to help Josh Thomas, the founder of Thomas & Co, one of the fastest growing accountancy firms in the UK, fix the most boring job in his business. 25 of his accountants spend more than half of every working week filling in working papers by hand, over 20 hours a week each, and with the whole industry racing to put AI first, we had four days to build a system that could do it for them.
