– Don’t optimize for today’s AI limitations. Whatever clever fix you build will be worthless when the next model ships.
– Run your company understaffed on purpose. When everyone’s drowning in work, only the important stuff gets done.
– Product-market fit is temporary. If you’re not paranoid about becoming irrelevant, you already are.
– Pivoting isn’t failure. Sticking with the wrong thing is.
